Well, since I've been here, I've studied up a little on it myself:
First, I found out that before XCA purchased the land, it had once been an orphanage established in the 1800s or so. It became quite populated with children during the 1911 flu epidemic that killed many. It kind of makes sense because many children would've died with confusion as to what happened to their parents and therefore be unsettled... kinda sad, realy
